ROAD SPIKE SYSTEMS

Road spike systems, also known as tire deflation devices or spike strips, are traffic control devices used by law enforcement and security personnel to disable vehicles in pursuit or control traffic in specific situations. They consist of a strip of sharp metal spikes, usually attached to a flexible hose or cable, which is laid across the road surface.
