IIPG, or the International Industrial Projects Group, is a company that was established on October 9, 1991 under the name of Al Othman & Al Siddiq General Trading and Contracting Company. The founding contract number for the company was 17085, and there have been subsequent amendments to it. The company started with a capital of KWD 1,250,000, which is equivalent to one million two hundred and fifty thousand Kuwaiti dinars. One of the company’s early successes was obtaining the concession of the industrial facility for the metal construction system known as K-Span. This product was registered with the Ministry of Trade and Industry under the name of Al Othman K-Span. With this new product in its arsenal, IIPG was able to implement many government and private projects throughout all regions of Kuwait.
