Dressing Salad

Wash and thoroughly dry all greens (using a salad spinner is ideal).
Chop or tear greens and other salad ingredients into bite-sized pieces.
Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Add a small amount of dressing to start.
Toss gently but thoroughly with tongs or clean hands until all ingredients are lightly coated.
Taste the salad and add more dressing if needed, tossing again.
Serve immediately to prevent wilting.
