Al Batinah Power is the owner of the Sohar 2 Power Plant in the Al Batinah region of the Sultanate of Oman. With a contracted power capacity of 745 MW, it currently contributes a significant proportion of Oman's total Main Interconnected System (MIS) capacity, and is expected to play a significant role in meeting the growing power demand in the longer term.
