POWERMAT has its own compounding of DMC an SMC materials which are fully compliant with European Union directive 2002/95/EC for Restriction of use of Hazardous Substance in electrical and electronic equipments(RoHS). The moulding facilities of the company have fully automatic compression moulding machines from 20 tons to 300 tons capacity, plastic injection moulding machines up to 250 tons and zinc die casting machines up to 180 tons. The company has computer aided designing with integrated tool room facilities for producing critical dimensions of dies and moulds. POWERMAT has its own testing facilities for testing of raw materials, SMC, DMC and other plastic components for physical, mechanical and electrical properties as per ASTM, IEC, JIS and UL test methods. The jigs and fixtures are designed for testing different finished components depending on their application in the final product use.
