How it Works – The Taurus Six:

1. Inspection         : Each purchased  Core is inspected by a qualified technician. Core is properly inspected for missing

or damaged parts.

2.Disassembling    : Core is stripped bare. All core and gallery plugs are removed. Cylinder Block, Cylinder Head, Crank

                           Shaft, Camshaft and subassemblies are sent to their respective shops.

3.Cleaning           : Parts are thoroughly & chemically cleaned to  remove dirt,  oil, contaminants and foreign material.

4. Machining         : Block, cylinder heads,   crankshafts are machined to its exact specifications. All the Specifications 

                            are maintained to its OEM standard.

5. Final Assembly: A qualified technician does final engine assembly.

6. Testing             : All Taurus remanufactured Engines are 100% Computerized Dynamometer Tested.
